Subject Sam, your next member might already be in your inbox

Hi Sam,

Some of your best leads are people who already reached out and then went quiet. A quiet lead often hasn’t said no. They got busy, weren’t sure what to do next, or forgot to reply. Before you spend more on new leads, check on the ones you already have.

On the Board 3 places your next member might be hiding

  1. The after-hours inquiry. Someone fills out your form at 9 PM and hears back the next afternoon, after they’ve moved on. The fix: Send new-lead alerts to someone’s phone so a reply can go out that evening.
  2. The pricing question. You answered it, and the conversation ended there. The fix: End every price answer with one easy next step, like a day and time they could come in.
  3. The visitor who left without booking. They looked around, asked good questions, and walked out. The fix: Before they leave, ask if you can follow up, and whether they’d prefer a text or a call.

Steal This For the lead who asked about price and went quiet

“Hi [Name], thanks for asking about [classes / training]! I’m happy to help you find the right fit. Want me to send over a couple of ways to get started?”

Why it works: It ends with one easy question they can answer in a few seconds, which makes replying the simplest thing to do.

The 10-Minute Fix Find three leads you may have missed

  1. Open your inbox, form submissions, or lead list.
  2. Find three people who reached out in the past two weeks and never booked.
  3. If they never got a follow-up, send them the script above.

More members often start with the people who already raised their hand.

See you in two weeks,

Frequently asked questions

How often will I hear from you?

Every other Wednesday. If we have a free webinar coming up, we might send a short note about it, but we won’t fill your inbox.

Is it really free?

Yes. You don’t need to be a 97Display client, and there’s nothing to buy.

Will you try to sell me something?

Most issues are tips you can use without us. When LeadCraft is the easiest way to fix something, we’ll say so in a line or two, and you can skip it.

Who is it for?

Owners and managers of martial arts schools, gyms, yoga, Pilates, and dance studios, gymnastics and cheer programs, and personal training businesses who want more of their website visitors and inquiries to turn into members.

Can I unsubscribe?

Any time, with one click at the bottom of any email.
